The first day of this tour will take us from Cape Town to Hermanus. We will do wine tasting in Stellenbosch and take a scenic route from Stellenbosch to the "whale capital" of South Africa, Hermanus. Unfortunately whales are migratory animals so to see them one must be in South Africa from July to November. Even when there are no whales it is still one of the "must do" drives.

The second day takes us from Hermanus to Mosselbaai. We will stop over at the historical town of Swellendam and drive to Mosselbaai, one of the first places in South Africa where Europeans came to shore.

Day 3 takes us on to Jeffrey's Bay, home of arguably the best surf in the world. By now you will have noticed that we don't always take the shortest route but definitely the most beautiful. We are sure that you won't be disappointed with what we have to show you on day 3

Day 4 takes us to the "friendly city" of Port Elizabeth. This is where the 1820 Settlers landed. It is one of South Africa's premier holiday destinations with beaches, shops, restaurants, museums, an aquarium and an active night life. It is also a stone's throw from the Addo Elephant Park. Yes, we will visit the park!

On day 5 we go of the "beaten track" to Willowmore. On this road we will travel through the Baviaans Kloof. A real wilderness area and one of South Africa's World Heritage Sites. We won't even try to describe it, not even Shakespeare would have been able, so come and jonga for yourself.

From Willowmore it is a short hop to the feather capital of the world, Oudtshoorn. We will visit an ostrich farm and go explore the wonderland of the Cango Caves.

Day 7 will find us doing a lot of driving and sight seeing around the Swartberg Mountains. We will show you some of the most amazing passes in South Africa and visit places with names such as Die Hell.

Like any journey ours will come to an end on the last day when we will travel through the Klein Karoo and as usual we will not be going through the mountain, but over Du Toits Kloof Pass ,so that the Cape can welcome you back with a beautiful view from the top of the pass.
